Sheriffs' Log

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• A 38-year-old woman from Reno who listed her occupation as "advocate" was arrested at 12:41 a.m. Tuesday at Roop and Robinson streets on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving. Bail was set at $1,132.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• Fraud report on Debbie Way at 9:56 a.m.

• Residential burglary report on Maple Creek Lane at 1:20 p.m.

• Fraud report on East Second Street at 1:21 p.m.

• Hit-and-run report in the 500 block of South Carson Street at 2:43 p.m.

• Residential burglary report on Kings Canyon Road at 5:14 p.m.

• Residential burglary report on East Bonanza Street at 5:22 p.m.

• Welfare check on Hot Springs Road at 10:16 p.m.

Storey County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• Several traffic citations issued on USA Parkway, State Route 341.

• Report of an 8-month-old, 80 pound, black with white spots, Labrador and retriever mix puppy lost on Empire Road sometime before 10:35 a.m.

• A caller reported tenants on Martin Lane moved out and left their pit bull that was now killing chickens at 10:54 a.m.
