Note: Menus are for the week of Oct. 22 and are subject to change without notice. Choice of beverage is included with meals.

DAYTON

The luncheon menu for the Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road, includes milk or coffee every meal.

Monday: Lemon-pepper fish, tartar sauce, baked potato with sour cream, Brussels sprouts, melon, pudding.

Tuesday: Ham and cabbage, yams, plums, roll with margarine, cookie.

Wednesday: Barbecue chicken, baked acorn squash, cucumbers with sour cream, biscuit with honey, Ambrosia.

Thursday: Beef stew, coleslaw, applesauce, cornbread, mixed fruit.

Friday: Holiday, center closed.

SILVER SPRINGS

The dinner menu for the Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.

Monday: Barbecued beef sandwich, Tater Tots, broccoli, peach cobbler.

Tuesday: Beef stroganoff, green beans, roll, Jell-O with pineapple.

Wednesday: Turkey a la king, California veggies, plums, apple juice.

Thursday: Prime rib, baked potatoes, baked potatoes, rolls, sautéed zucchini, birthday cake.

Friday: Holiday, center closed.

YERINGTON

The Yerington Senior Center is at 117 Tilson Way:

Monday: Soft tacos, refried beans, fruit salad, ice cream.

Tuesday: Beef stroganoff with noodles, corn, beet salad, fruit, bread.

Wednesday: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, vegetable, Jell-O salad, bread, peach cobbler.

Thursday: Chili cheese-stuffed baked potato, steamed carrots, coleslaw, Cook's choice dessert.

Friday: Breakfast, 8:30-9:30 a.m. Sausage links, scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, fresh fruit, juice, cinnamon roll.

FERNLEY

The menu for the Fernley Senior Center 1170 W. Newlands Drive:

Monday: Philly cheesesteak, broccoli, pineapple, Jell-O salad, Tater Tots.

Tuesday: Teriyaki chicken, fried rice, layered salad, fresh orange.

Wednesday: Chef salad, pickled beets, fresh fruit, ice cream.

Thursday: Chicken and dumplings, broccoli, peaches, gingerbread cake.

Friday: Holiday, center closed.
