All but two Carson City carriers for the Nevada Appeal have completed their routes. Out-of-area deliveries " south and east " should be completed by 10:30 a.m.
Subscriber services is clearing messages about every 20 minutes. Subscribers are asked to call customer service if their paper is not received by noon, at 882-2515.
According to Circulation Director Keith Tanoos, crews had to hand insert newspapers throughout the early morning hours, and that it may take until mid morning before all deliveries are completed. The delay affects all delivery areas.
