Rosetta Joan Pratt

Graveside services for Rosetta Joan Pratt, 73, a Carson City resident, will be 1 p.m. Friday at Northern Nevada Veterans Cemetery in Fernley.

Mrs. Pratt died Aug. 31, 2007. She was born Oct. 14, 1933, to Barney and Diana Holder, in Oakland, Calif. She graduated from El Cerrito High School in El Cerrito, Calif., and attended Business College in Berkley. She worked for Del Monte Foods for many years. She owned her own plant maintenance business. She married Robert W. Pratt July 25, 1960.

She was a master gardner and a member of the Auburn Historical Society.

Among her survivors are her husband of Carson City, daughter and son-in-law Diana and Randy Simar of Sun Valley and son and daughter-in-law Greg and Tawni Pratt of Silver Springs.
