Presbyterian golf event is October 5

First Presbyterian Church will hold a benefit golf tournament beginning at 8:30 a.m. October 5 at Empire Ranch Golf Course.

Check-in is at 8:30 a.m. with a 9 shotgun start. Entry fee is $100 per player or $400 per foursome. Deadline for registration is September 20.

Included in the fee is greens fee, cart, lunch (at 1 p.m.), trophies, door prizes, two beverage tickets and a goodies bag. Also available are drawings, mulligans and hole prizes.

Proceeds benefit First Presbyterian Church's "Raise the Roof" sanctuary raising fund. For more information, call 884-2900.
