Weather continues to be cool; traffic controls in construction zones

The Nevada Department of Transportation at 6:16 a.m. reports all routes open Northern Nevada with no controls. A wind advisory is posted for Washoe Valley; campers and trailers not advised from East Lake Boulevard to Winters Ranch.

Road work continues in Carson City with areas of delays, mainly Fairview Drive between Roop Street and South Edmonds, and Highway 50 East between Airport Road and Saliman Road.

Traffic will be controlled at times; alternate routes are suggested.

Today's weather will be mostly cloudy and cool in the morning becoming partly cloudy with highs 44-54 and northwest winds 10-15 mph.

Tonight, partly cloudy with lows 23-33 and north winds to 15 mph.
