CARSON CITY

The luncheon menu for the Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Drive, includes milk or coffee every meal.

Monday: Glazed ham, parsley egg noodles, broccoli, blushed pears, cornbread w/honey butter.

Tuesday: Sub sandwich, 3-bean salad, Waldorf salad, baked potato chips, Jell-O.

Wednesday: Chicken teriyaki, fried rice, layered salad, Mandarin oranges, whole wheat roll w/margarine.

DAYTON

The lunch menu for the Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

Monday: Teriyaki chicken, fried rice, layered salad, fresh orange.

Tuesday: Tuna salad, garden soup, Tater Tots, crackers, strawberry shortcake.

Wednesday: Macaroni and cheese w/ham, veggie salad, cranberry-raisin salad, roll.

Thursday: Beef tips over noodles, brussels sprouts, roll, mixed fruit, vanilla wafers.

Friday: Baked omelet, hashbrowns, blueberry muffin, pears, V8 and orange juice.

DOUGLAS COUNTY

The luncheon menu for the Douglas Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane.

Monday: Fried chicken, coleslaw, mashed potatoes w/gravy, cream corn, strawberry-banana Ambrosia.

Tuesday: Cheese ravioli, green salad, Italian veggies, garlic bread, cookies.

Wednesday: Lemon baked fish, parsley butter potatoes, seasoned zucchini, Waldorf salad, whole wheat roll w/apple butter, cantaloupe chunks.

Thursday: Beef stew, green salad, apricots, biscuit, cookie.

Friday: Turkey bean soup, bacon-lettuce-tomato sandwich, orange, spinach salad, canned pears.

SILVER SPRINGS

The dinner menu for the Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.

Monday: Roma burger, corn, baked beans, cantaloupe.

Tuesday: Veal cutlet, mashed potatoes, mixed veggies, banana, brownies.

Wednesday: Pasta bake, spinach salad, garlic bread, Jell-O, pears.

Thursday: Barbecue chicken, baked acorn squash, cucumber salad, biscuits, Ambrosia.

Friday: Chili beans, sour cream, cheese, onions, carrots, corn, bread, grape juice, Waldorf salad.

STOREY COUNTY

The Storey County Senior Citizens Center is located on the corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

Monday: Chicken teriyaki, fried rice, salad, orange.

Tuesday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes w/gravy, vegetables, cottage cheese, fruit, cookies.

Wednesday: Grilled cheese sandwich, cream of tomato soup, celery and carrot sticks.

Thursday: Ham w/pineapple glaze, roasted potatoes, Ambrosia, cake.

Friday: Fish sandwich, Tater Tots, coleslaw, fruit salad, pudding and ice cream.

YERINGTON

The Yerington Senior Center is at 117 Tilson Way:

Monday: Tips and noodles, coleslaw, corn, bread pudding.

Tuesday: Hot pork sandwiches, green salad, fruit, rice pudding.

Wednesday: Chicken salad sandwich, potato salad, fruit, cake.

FERNLEY

The menu for the Fernley Senior Center 1170 W. Newlands Drive:

Monday: Mexican meatballs, seasoned brown rice, zucchini, two tortillas, garden salad w/dressing, tropical mixed fruit.

Tuesday: Chicken strips, potato wedges, green salad, mixed fruit.

Wednesday: Roast pork, mashed potatoes w/gravy, green beans, applesauce, bread w/butter.

Thursday: Chicken and dumplings, broccoli, peaches, cake.
