Carson City


The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:


• Shiloh Marie Howell, 20, of Reno, was arrested Monday at 11:44 p.m. in the 2900 block of Oxbow Drive on suspicion of a felony parole violation, resisting arrest and minor consuming alcohol. No bail was set.


• Thomas Poirier Jr., 25, unemployed from Carson City, was arrested Monday at 5:33 p.m. in the 3900 block of Center Street on two warrants for felony grand larceny and gross misdemeanor possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription. Bail was set at $15,000.


The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:


• A business owner reported finding glue in her locks when she opened her shop at 7:07 a.m.


• Report of power tools and a compressor stolen from the 1400 block of Ladera Drive sometime Sunday night.


• A man reported his car was missing since Sunday, along with his roommate, on Rolling Hills Drive.


• Graffiti report on Deer Run and Morgan Mill roads at 8:05 a.m.


Lyon County


The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:


• Report of propane stolen from Resource Drive in Fernley at 9:59 a.m.


• A Dayton caller asked to speak to a deputy at 2:53 p.m. regarding a neighbor, threats and a chicken.
