Robert L. Jesseph, 60, of Chanute, Kan. died Thursday, July 31, 2008 at the Neosho County Regional Medical Center in Chanute, Kan. Robert was born in Iola, Kan. October 10, 1947, to Henry M. and Goldie (Laymon) Jesseph. Among his survivors are partner Linda Hertter; children, Paula J. Washam, Randy A. Jesseph and Ellen E. Jesseph; 14 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; brothers, Alfred Jesseph, Gerald Jesseph and Henry (J.R.) Jesseph; and sisters, Colletta Green, Margaret Voth and Linda Young. A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Thursday at the Penwell-Gabel Johnson Chapel. Memorials in his name may be made to the American Cancer Society and may be left with the funeral home, 101 N.
