CARSON CITY

The lunch menu for the Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Drive.

Monday: Holiday, center closed.

Tuesday: Meatloaf with gravy, mashed potatoes, steamed spinach, lettuce, tomato salad with fat-free salad dressing, Chantilly cup, whole wheat bread with margarine.

Wednesday: Chicken salad sandwich on whole wheat roll, tomatoes, onions, lettuce, pickle, fruit crisp, cranberry sauce, cookie.

Thursday: Ham and broccoli bake, one-half baked potato with lite sour cream, garden salad with fat-free salad dressing, grapes.

Friday: Roast pork with gravy, seasoned rice, peas, roll with honey butter, fruit cocktail, cake and ice cream.

DAYTON

The lunch menu for the Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road.

Monday: Holiday, center closed.

Tuesday: Beef tips with noodles, Brussel sprouts, mixed fruit, whole wheat roll, cookies.

Wednesday: Tuna salad, garden soup, Tater Tots, Saltine crackers, whole wheat roll, peaches.

Thursday: Herb/garlic chicken, stuffing, mixed veggies, citrus salad.

Friday: Pancakes, sausage patty, scrambled eggs, melon.

SILVER SPRINGS

The dinner menu for the Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Avenue.

Monday: Holiday, center closed.

Tuesday: Breaded fish squares on bun, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, Tater Tots, tarter sauce, pears.

Wednesday: Ham hocks and beans, spinach, cornbread, Jell-O with pineapple, cottage cheese.

Thursday: Meatball sandwich, split pea soup, cucumber and sour cream, orange.

Friday: Waffle bar, blueberry and strawberry topping, whipped cream, sausage, scrambled eggs.

STOREY COUNTY

The Storey County Senior Citizens Center is located on the corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City

Monday: Holiday, center closed.

Tuesday: Barbecue chicken, cowboy beans, cornbread, pineapple and apple-walnut salad.

Wednesday: Pot roast with potatoes, carrots, onion and celery, buttermilk biscuits, fruit, cookie.

Thursday: Barbecue pork sandwich, Tater Tots, coleslaw, cottage cheese and melon.

Friday: Tuna stuffed tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, fruit salad, ice cream, pudding.

YERINGTON

The Yerington Senior Center is at 117 Tilson Way.

Monday: Holiday, center closed.

Tuesday: Baked Parmesan chicken, rice pilaf, 3-bean salad, vegetable, brownie sundae.

Wednesday: Shepherds pie, vegetable, beet salad, bread, strawberry shortcake.

Thursday: Philly cheese steak, cottage cheese, Tater Tots, chocolate, bread pudding.

Friday: Chicken tortilla bake, green salad, vegetable, Rice Krispie treat.

FERNLEY

Lunch is served on weekdays at Fernley Center, 1170 W. Newlands Drive.

Monday: Holiday, center closed.

Tuesday: Honey-mustard chicken, carrots and peas, scalloped potatoes, roll with margarine, apricots, cookie.

Wednesday: Chili dogs, chili beans, mixed veggies, cheese and onions, Tater Tots, watermelon, ice cream.

Thursday: Spaghetti with meat sauce, cauliflower, green salad, garlic bread, orange.

Friday: Baked fish, coleslaw, stewed tomatoes, bread with margarine, banana, fruit crisp.
