Joan Rose Ott, 76, of Carson City, died August 25, 2008. Joan was born November 12, 1931 in Chicago, Ill.
Among her survivors are her husband Walt; daughters Donna Beszhak, Barbara Greer, Lisa Williams, Kim Hixson; son, David Pihl and grandchildren, Amanda and Matt Azevedo, Darren Pihl, Sarah, Micah, Isaac and David Williams, Brian Beszhak, Zachary and Jonah Hixson.
A celebration of life will be11 a.m., Tuesday, Sept. 9 held at St. Andrews United Methodist Church, 6201 Spruce Avenue, Sacramento, CA 95841. Lunch will follow at the fellowship hall.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the American Cancer Society.
