Betty J. Sadler

Betty J. Sadler, a 77-year native of Nevada, died at Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center Nov. 26. 2008. She was born April 10, 1931 in Reno. She married Edward a. Sadler Feb. 20, 1948 in Gardnerville.

Her parents and two sons preceded her in death.

Among her survivors are a loving husband Edward A. Sadler of Silver Springs; daughter Wanda (Pat) O'Connell of Yerington; son Louis Sadler of Silver Springs; sister Charlotte Stanley of Rio Rancho, New Mexico; brother Roy Wannamaker of National City, Calif. as well as nieces and nephews.

She was an active member of the Daughters of the Nile and was a member of Rose Chapter No. 27 Order of Eastern Star. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family and her yard.

A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Washoe Lodge, 601 w. Peckham Lane, Reno with reception to follow. In lieu of flowers please send donations to Shriners Children Hospital, 4935 Energy Way, Reno, Nevada 89502.

Arrangements are in the care of Autumn Funerals and Cremations.
