FALLON " A 19-year-old Fallon man turned himself in to authorities Thursday after an arrest warrant was issued related to an alleged incident at a Jan. 18 teen drinking party. He was released on $5,000 bail.
Jeffrey Michael Lister is charged with statutory sexual seduction of a 15-year-old girl at a party hosted by former Greenwave softball coach Tami Peel.
Because of Lister's age, he is not being charged with a felony. The maximum sentence he could receive is one year in jail.
Lister's arraignment is scheduled for Jan. 27 in front of Tahoe Justice of the Peace Richard Glasson. Churchill County Justice of the Peace Mike Richards recused himself from the case.
Peel was charged with providing alcohol to minors at the party, and pleaded guilty Nov. 25 to five counts of delinquency of minors and one child endangerment charge. She will be sentenced in late January.
The attorney general's office said it is still investigating other people at the party to determine if anyone else will be charged. The alleged victim's mother reported four teen boy raped her daughter at the party.
