After the two teams played to an 18-18 tie after one quarter, Silver Stage gradually pulled away, leading 28-23 at halftime and 45-38 after three quarters.
Burke Bristol scored 20 points for Yerington while Jared Roberts scored 20 points, Jesse Fisher had 15 points and Mike McDonald added 12 points for Silver Stage.
