CARSON CITY

Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Drive.

Monday: Salisbury steak, rice pilaf, peas and carrots, mixed fruit, brownie.

Tuesday: Cabbage rolls, linguini, orange Jell-O with pears, whole wheat bread with apple butter.

Wednesday: Baked pork chop, red cabbage, baked potato half with sour cream, whole wheat roll.

Thursday: Polish sausage, chili mac soup, marinated tomatoes, tropical fruit, cookie.

Friday: Macaroni and cheese with ham, green beans, green salad, cherry Jell-O with mandarin oranges.

DAYTON

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road.

Monday: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, carrots and peas, roll, orange slices.

Tuesday: Lasagna, tomato and cucumber salad, garlic bread, tropical fruit salad.

Wednesday: Clam chowder, hush puppies, acorn squash, fruit cocktail.

Thursday: Pork adobo with noodles, bread, pineapple upside-down cake.

Friday: Roast beef with au jus, baked potato, peas in cream sauce, ice cream, cake.

DOUGLAS COUNTY

Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane.

Monday: Taco salad, Spanish rice, spiced apple slices.

Tuesday: Cheese raviolis, spinach salad, Italian blend veggies, French bread, dessert bar.

Wednesday: Roasted turkey and gravy, yams with apples, corn on the cob, colorful salad, 7-grain roll, canned plums.

Thursday: Beef pot pie, carrot-raisin salad, white grape juice, dinner roll, rice pudding.

Friday: Sweet and sour chicken, brown rice, peas and carrots, fresh spinach with Catalina dressing, whole wheat bread, oatmeal cookie.

SILVER SPRINGS

The dinner menu for the Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Avenue.

Monday: Tuna sandwich, lentil soup, carrot raisin salad, fresh apple.

Tuesday: Chicken burrito, refried beans, Spanish rice, broccoli, fruit cocktail.

Wednesday: Fish and chips, French fries, cole slaw, Waldorf salad.

Thursday: Patty melt, baked fries, carrot salad, mixed fruit.

Friday: Grilled crab sandwich, beets, vegetable soup, pineapple and cottage cheese.

STOREY COUNTY

The Storey County Senior Citizens Center, E and Mill streets, Virginia City:

Monday: Stuffed peppers, buttered noodles, fruit.

Tuesday: Sweet and sour pork, Chinese coleslaw, refried rice, Mandarin orange salad.

Wednesday: Turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, yams, green bean casserole.

Thursday: Ham sandwich, macaroni and cheese, fruit salad.

Friday: Baked chicken, twice-baked potatoes, vegetables, pudding, ice cream.

YERINGTON

The Yerington Senior Center is at 117 Tilson Way. Menus not available.

FERNLEY

Lunch is served on weekdays at Fernley Center, 1170 W. Newlands Drive.

Monday: Turkey pot pie, green salad, mixed fruit, cookie.

Tuesday: Pasta bake, spinach salad, garlic bread, Jell-O with pears.

Wednesday: Shepherds pie, spinach salad with dressing, apricots, bran muffin with margarine, banana.

Thursday: Reuben sandwich, sauerkraut, macaroni salad, fruit cobbler, orange juice.

Friday: Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, melon, V8 and orange juice.
