Jeffrey Allen Fields, 25, a Carson City resident, died Dec.12, 2008 at his home. Jeff is survived by his mother Donna , stepfather Sean; sister Jen and brother Keith; grandparents and Peaches. A memorial service will be 11 a.m., Saturday at LDS Church, 411 N. Saliman Road. Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
