A 19-year-old Carson City woman was arrested Friday night for throwing a brick through a window at her great-grandmother and assaulting her mother.
Heidi Brouhard was charged with on felony count of abuse of an older person, two counts of misdemeanor domestic battery and two counts of gross misdemeanor destruction of property.
According to the Carson City Sheriff's Department arrest report, Brouhard first got into an altercation with her mother over clothing being thrown out the window at their residence. When her mother tried to call the Sheriff's office, Brouhard scratched her face and pulled the phone cord out of the wall.
Brouhard's great-grandmother reported that the accused slapped her across the face, then went outside and threw a brick at her through a window, breaking it.
Brouhard was later found at a fast-food restaurant on Carson Street and arrested. Bail was set at $28,628.
