LAS VEGAS - The Federal Election Commission says Republicans outraised Democrats by nearly 2-to-1 in Nevada over the last year.

Republicans raised $2.4 million to the Democrats' $1.3 million.

Mitt Romney raised the most in Nevada in the fourth quarter with more than $119,000, followed by Rudy Giuliani, who got about $200 less. Giuliani dropped out of the race last week.

For the year, Romney raised nearly $850,000 while Giuliani took in $780,000.

Barack Obama led Democrats in the fourth quarter, with more than $43,000, followed by New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson at nearly $38,000. Clinton took in about $37,500.

Richardson also dropped out of the race.
