Douglas County emergency crews have responded to the area of Johnson Lane near Bliss Road for a parachutist who crashed into a barbed wire fence.
The man is conscious but indicated to rescue workers that he lost consciousness at some point, according to scanner traffic. He appears to have a broken leg.
