Carson City


The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:


• Crystal Suzanne Larson, 46, a secretary from Carson City, was arrested at 6:25 p.m. at Safeway on suspicion of felony burglary and a traffic warrant. Bail was set at $2,500.


The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:


• Accident report Highway 50 East at 9 a.m.


• Residential burglary report on Arrowhead Drive at 9:09 a.m.


• Vehicle burglary report on Adaline Street at 9:43 a.m.


• Residential burglary report on South Edmonds Drive at 11:09 a.m.


• Report of a window broken and items missing from a vehicle on Peter Street at noon.


• Accident on Highway 395 at Arrowhead Drive at 2:41 p.m.


• A woman reported her brother-in-law was harassing her in Spanish at 6:29 p.m.


• Fight report at a bar on Airport Road at 8:19 p.m. A 30-year-old man suffered a laceration to the head but refused medical attention.


• Report at 10:26 p.m. of a man in the middle of Pat Lane screaming, "I've got a gun!" The man was arrested.




Lyon County


The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:


• Report of someone trying to break into a home on Navajo Trail in Stagecoach at 8:17 p.m.


• Report of a student detained at Silver Stage High School in Silver Springs for threatening to blow it up at 10:31 a.m.


• Report of two students at Silver Stage Middle School busted for smoking pot in the bathroom at 1:57 p.m.


• Report of a child on a bike being struck by a vehicle on Esmeralda Avenue in Silver Springs at 3:01 p.m.


• Report of a man with a self-inflicted gunshot wound found in a vehicle on Highway 208 in Mason Valley at 8:54 p.m.
