Law enforcement officials in Storey County reported the arrests of two men in recent days. The incidents aren't connected.
On Sunday, Storey County deputies responded to the Wildhorse Brothel to investigate the report of a customer that had committed a battery on a brothel worker.
Deputies arrested Rudolpho A. Castillo, 30, of Sacramento on the charge of battery on a working girl, and for being a fugitive from justice for having a felony arrest warrant out of Missouri.
On Tuesday, deputies investigated an incident in which a 68 year-old Carson City man, identified as Roger Satterwhite, was accused of exposing himself and sexually fondling a woman at a residence in the Painted Rock area. Satterwhite was hired by the woman to do remodeling work to the home and allegedly made sexual advances toward her and exposed himself. Satterwhite was arrested by Storey County detectives for indecent exposure, open and gross lewdness, and battery.
