Democrats meet Wednesday, mock caucus Tuesday

Carson City Democrats will meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the State of Nevada Employees Association conference room, 709 E. Robinson St.

The First-in-the-West early Nevada caucus will be our featured topic of this meeting.

This is the first day after the New Hampshire Primary and 10 days prior to the Nevada caucus, so there might be presidential candidates attending.

At the very least, the campaigns will be making their last presentation to Carson City Democrats to caucus. We will be discussing the current status of the Nevada Caucus and its progress in Carson City.

If you do not yet know where your precinct caucus is located, you will be able to find out at this meeting. Also, plan on attending the last mock-caucus at 7 p.m. Tuesday at 709 E. Robinson St. to find out all you need to know to caucus for your preference of Democratic candidates for president.

This includes Republicans and Independent voters.
