Marilyn "Dale" Duckworth died peacefully in Carson City on Jan. 20, 2008. She was born on September 30, 1923 in Homestead, Pennsylvania, to George Sharp and Arslaug Skaugan.
Dale worked for the State of Nevada from 1973-1980. Dale enjoyed reading, knitting, playing Bunco and occasionally "shooting some quarters" at the Carson Nugget.
Dale was preceded in death by her husband Ron in 1982 and daughter Donna in 2002.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Dave and Margo Duckworth of
Carson City, brother Don Sharp of Maryland, grandsons Steve, Ron & Dave
Duckworth and grand daughter, Tina Levrant and six great-grandchildren.
Autumn Funeral & Cremations will be handling the final arrangements. No service is planned.
