Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

- A 65-year-old Reno woman was arrested at 7:50 a.m. Wednesday in the 5400 block of South Carson Street on two Churchill County warrants for suspicion of misdemeanor contempt of court and failure to appear. Bail was set at $3,437.

- A 28-year-old cook from Carson City was arrested at 11:28 a.m. Wednesday in the 2400 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of misdemeanor contempt of court. Bail was set at $500.

- A 50-year-old transient was arrested at 7:43 a.m. Wednesday in the 5400 block of South Carson Street on a Churchill county warrant for suspicion of misdemeanor contempt of court. Bail was set at $2,093.

- A 29-year-old construction worker from Sacramento was arrested at 9:45 p.m. Wednesday at Roop and Little streets on suspicion of misdemeanor reckless driving and drunken driving. Bail was set at $1,764.

- A 22-year-old Dayton construction worker was arrested at 4:31 p.m. Wednesday at Arrowhead and Emerson drives on suspicion of misdemeanor petty larceny. Bail was set at $1,436.

- A 23-year-old porter from Carson City was arrested at 1:07 a.m. Thursday in the 4700 block of South Carson Street on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,132.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

- Coroner call at Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center at 3 a.m.

- Report of a window broken on a vehicle in the 800 block of Pioche Street at 5:38 a.m.

- Accident at College Parkway and Imperial Way at 9:13 a.m.

- A woman reported leaving her purse in a shopping cart in the Wal-Mart parking lot and driving away. When she returned, the purse was gone.

- Check fraud report on Center Drive at 3:56 p.m.

- Report of a motorcycle plate stolen from a vehicle on Canyon Drive.

- Accident at William and Roop streets at 5:19 p.m.

- A juvenile was arrested for shoplifting at 6:16 p.m. in the 3700 block of South Carson Street.

- Accident at Koontz Lane and Silver Sage Drives at 9:15 p.m.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

- Misdemeanor arrest on Dayton Valley Road at 6:48 p.m.

Storey County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

- Arrest on Wild Horse Canyon Drive at 8 a.m.
