William D. "Bill" Ramthun, 68, died July 7, 2008 in Carson City. He was born March 28, 1940 in Rochester, Minn. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m., Thursday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Carson City. Walton's Chapel of the Valley in charge of arrangements.
