CARSON CITY

The lunch menu for the Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.

Monday: Lasagna, spinach salad, garlic bread, orange.

Tuesday: Fresh fruit salad w/cottage cheese, spring mix greens, scone with jelly, ice cream.

Wednesday: Egg salad sandwich on whole wheat bread, garden salad with orange slices, carrots with lemon butter, apple pie.

Thursday: Chicken stir fry with vegetables, rice, fortune cookie, Jell-O with pineapple.

Friday: Liver or Salisbury steak with onions and gravy, whipped potatoes, tomatoes.

DAYTON

The lunch menu for the Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

Monday: Baked fish, yellow squash, coleslaw, whole wheat roll, peach, cake.

Tuesday: Pork strips, potato wedges, spinach, whole wheat roll, applesauce.

Wednesday: Spaghetti with meat sauce, cauliflower, veggie salad, garlic bread, orange.

Thursday: Sloppy Joe, peas and carrots, celery sticks, apple crisp.

Friday: Pork ribs, baked beans, pasta salad, melon, garlic bread, cake and ice cream.

DOUGLAS COUNTY

The luncheon menu for the Douglas Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane.

Monday: Beef tips with mushroom gravy, baked potato, pea salad, sour cream with green onions, chocolate eclair.

Tuesday: Cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, red onion and pickle, barbecue potato chips, watermelon, cup cakes.

Wednesday: Breaded chicken breasts, garden salad, mashed potatoes with gravy, mixed veggies, 7-grain bread, apricots, oatmeal cookie.

Thursday: Cheese ravioli, green salad, Italian blend veggies, French bread, applesauce, carrot cake.

Friday: Baked pork chop, sweet potatoes, green beans, mixed green salad with French dressing, banana pudding, whole wheat bread, orange.

SILVER SPRINGS

The dinner menu for the Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.

Monday: Tuna sandwich, lentil soup, carrots, fresh apple.

Tuesday: Turkey pot pie, mixed salad, bread, baked apple.

Wednesday: Chili, mixed salad, cornbread, Ambrosia salad.

Thursday: Beef tips with noodles, Brussels sprouts, roll, mixed fruit, vanilla wafers.

Friday: Picnic in the park with hamburgers and hot dogs, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, potato salad, mixed veggie tray with dip, apple pie.

STOREY COUNTY

The Storey County Senior Citizens Center is located on the corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

Monday: Hot turkey sandwich, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, fruit salad.

Tuesday: Chicken primavera, colorful salad, Italian dressing, garlic bread, orange-pineapple mold.

Wednesday: Barbecue in the park with burgers, potato salad, fruit salad, cake.

Thursday: Beef tostadas with Spanish rice, guacamole and sour cream, salsa, fruit.

Friday: Mustard chicken with noodles, vegetables, cottage cheese with fruit, ice cream, pudding.

YERINGTON

The Yerington Senior Center is at 117 Tilson Way:

Monday: Beef taco salad, brownie sundae.

Tuesday: Philly cheesesteak wrap, cottage cheese, fresh fruit, strawberry shortcake.

Wednesday: Grilled ham and cheese sandwiches, tomato soup, Jell-O salad, pineapple upside-down cake.

Thursday: Chicken strips, fries, vegetables, green salad, cook's choice dessert.

Friday: Roast beef, mashed potatoes, vegetables, homemade rolls, carrot cake.

FERNLEY

The menu for the Fernley Senior Center 1170 W. Newlands Drive:

Monday: Tortellini with meat sauce, garlic bread, spinach, peas.

Tuesday: Baked pollock, garden salad, baked potato with sour cream, bread with butter, orange Jell-O, oranges.

Wednesday: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, mixed veggies, pineapple, roll with margarine, brownies, ice cream.

Thursday: Chicken tenders, Tater Tots, green beans, applesauce, cookie.

Friday: Ham and beans, Jell-O, pears, spinach salad with dressing, cornbread with margarine, cookie.
