Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

- Franklin Risner, 33, of Carson City, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. Sunday in the 1300 block of South Carson Street on suspicion of felony second-offense possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended license, driving without insurance and fictitious registration. Bail was set at $10,735.

- A 33-year-old unemployed Carson City man was arrested at 4;49 p.m. Sunday in the 4100 block of Sherman Lane on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,132.

- A 34-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 9:38 p.m. Sunday in the 2100 block of Deer Run Road on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery Bail was set at $3,132.
