SPARKS " Sparks police say a suspect in the rape of a 13-year-old girl has been arrested in Washington state.
Investigators say Richard D. Bunch, 49, of Wenatchee, Wash., was arrested without incident at a motel outside Seattle and was being interviewed by Sparks detectives.
Officers believe Bunch approached the girl June 22 at the Sparks Marina and swam and talked with her for about an hour before luring her to a tractor-trailer rig where he raped her.
Police released a sketch of the suspect to ask for the public's help in tracking him down.
