Great Basin Imaging has been designated a Breast Imaging Center of Excellence by the American College of Radiology.

By awarding facilities the status of a Breast Imaging Center of Excellence, the ACR recognizes breast imaging centers that have earned accreditation in all of the College's voluntary, breast-imaging accreditation programs and modules, in addition to the mandatory Mammography Accreditation Program

Michael E. Skaggs, executive director of the Nevada Commission on Economic Development, has been picked to join Nevada's Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology statewide board of directors.

Completing the USA Parkway, in the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center, to run from I-80 to Highway 50 is now a priority with the massive industrial complex developers Roger Norman and Lance Gilman, according to a news release.

Developers are talking about completing the 18 mile-long-road sooner rather that later as was the original plan, which was to expand the road as land was sold in the different phases out to Highway 50.

The proposed project will shorten the distance traveled by a truck or motorist traveling from alternate 95 to I-80 by 10 miles.
