CARSON CITY

The luncheon menu for the Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Drive, includes milk or coffee with every meal. The menu is subject to change without notice.

Monday: Baked grouper with fruit salsa, seasoned pasta, stewed tomatoes, garden salad with fat-free dressing, honeydew melon.

Tuesday: Chef salad with ham, turkey, cheese, tomato, cucumber, celery, carrots, croutons, cantaloupe and strawberries, French bread with margarine, spice cake.

Wednesday: Turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread, lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, cranberry sauce, pineapple slaw, mixed fruit, cookie.

Thursday: Stuffed peppers, linguini, mixed salad with fat-free dressing, apple juice, garlic bread.

Friday: Barbecue chicken, baked beans, corn on the cob, salad with fat-free dressing, watermelon, assorted pies.

DAYTON

The lunch menu for the Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

Monday: Liver and onions, mashed potatoes with gravy, Mexicorn, tomatoes with vinaigrette, bread with apple butter, peaches.

Tuesday: Grilled turkey and Swiss sandwich, potato wedges, carrots and peas, Mandarin oranges.

Wednesday: Pepper steak, rice pilaf, yellow squash, banana and strawberry slices, sherbet.

Thursday: Meatball and mozzarella sandwich, fries, green beans, tomatoes, cottage cheese, pineapple.

Friday: Chicken fried steak with gravy, scrambled eggs, hash browns, V8 and orange juice, peaches.

DOUGLAS COUNTY

The luncheon menu for the Douglas Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane.

Monday: Sausage and potato casserole, marinated tomatoes, broccoli, dinner roll, sliced apples.

Tuesday: Turkey soup, tuna salad sandwich with lettuce and tomato, cantaloupe chunks, cookie.

Wednesday: Turkey with gravy, stuffing, carrots, dinner roll, fruit salad, cranberry sauce, cake and ice cream.

Thursday: Italian beef bake, spinach salad, peas and carrots, apple-cranberry juice, frozen vanilla yogurt with strawberries.

Friday: Chicken cordon bleu, romaine, bacon and Swiss cheese salad, harvest blend rice, Key Largo veggies, sherbet.

SILVER SPRINGS

The dinner menu for the Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.

Monday: Polish sausage on a bun, sauerkraut, peas, peaches, oatmeal raisin cookies.

Tuesday: Macaroni and cheese with ham, veggie salad, bread, apricots.

Wednesday: Veal cutlet, mashed potatoes with gravy, stir fry veggies, bread, Jell-O with pears.

Thursday: Father's Day barbecue, chicken and ribs, baked beans, corn on the cob, watermelon.

Friday: Baked omelet, fruited muffin, honeydew melon, orange juice.

STOREY COUNTY

The Storey County Senior Citizens Center is located on the corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

Monday: Cabbage rolls, rice pilaf, fruit salad.

Tuesday: Beef stew, cornbread, coleslaw, berry cobbler.

Wednesday: Chicken cutlet, potato au gratin, vegetables, fruit.

Thursday: Barbecue pork sandwich, potato salad, coleslaw, cake.

Friday: Clam chowder, turkey sandwich, baby carrots, celery sticks, fruit cup, melons and berries.

YERINGTON

The Yerington Senior Center is at 117 Tilson Way:

Monday: Broasted chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, corn, coleslaw, brownie sundae.

Tuesday: Tips and noodles, coleslaw, corn, bread pudding.

Wednesday: Philly cheese-steak, cottage cheese, fries, strawberry shortcake.

Thursday: Fish and chips, coleslaw, vegetables, fries, peach cobbler.

Friday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, vegetables, beet salad, bread, cook's choice dessert.

FERNLEY

The menu for the Fernley Senior Center 1170 W. Newlands Drive:

Monday: Chicken Tahitian, mixed fruit, rice, squash, whole wheat roll with margarine, gingerbread.

Tuesday: Ham slice, scalloped potatoes, green beans, whole wheat roll with margarine, banana, cookie.

Wednesday: Meatloaf, steamed spinach, mashed potatoes, lettuce-tomato salad with French dressing, whole wheat bread with margarine, Chantilly fruit cup.

Thursday: Breakfast at 8:30 a.m.: Bagel with cream cheese and yogurt, fresh orange halves, V8.

Friday: Barbecue at 11 a.m.
