CARSON CITY

The luncheon menu for the Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Drive, includes milk or coffee with every meal. The menu is subject to change without notice.

Monday: Lasagna, garden salad with fat-free dressing, tropical fruit, garlic bread.

Tuesday: Pork chop with gravy, stuffing, Brussels sprouts, strawberries, whole wheat bread with margarine.

Wednesday: Chinese chicken salad, whole wheat bread with margarine, nectarine, poke cake.

Thursday: Baked fish sandwich with tartar sauce, tomato, lettuce, Mexicorn, cantaloupe, pudding.

Friday: Salisbury steak with gravy, brown rice, corn, honeydew melon, Jell-O jewels with whipped topping.

DAYTON

The lunch menu for the Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

Monday: Beef tortellini with Alfredo sauce, spinach salad, garlic bread, pears.

Tuesday: Salmon patty, peas in cream sauce, carrot-raisin salad, plum, sherbet.

Wednesday: Stuffed pepper, pasta noodles, green salad, garlic bread, Mandarin orange.

Thursday: Chili dog, cheddar cheese, onions, peas and carrots, Tater Tots, watermelon.

Friday: Pancakes, bacon, scrambled eggs, V8 and orange juice, melon.

DOUGLAS COUNTY

The luncheon menu for the Douglas Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane.

Monday: Chef salad, turkey, ham, cheese, hard-boiled egg, dinner roll, grapes.

Tuesday: Manicotti with meat sauce, green salad, Italian veggies, French bread, cherry-walnut dessert.

Wednesday: Cream of spinach soup, chicken salad sandwich with lettuce and tomato, orange wedges, muffin.

Thursday: Beef tacos, ranch style beans, Mexicorn, orange, rice pudding.

Friday: Cold turkey sandwich, lettuce, tomato and onion, potato chips, banana, raspberry dessert.

SILVER SPRINGS

The dinner menu for the Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.

Monday: Tacos, rice, zucchini, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, chips and salsa, melon.

Tuesday: Chicken curry over rice, colorful salad, rolls, pineapple chunks.

Wednesday: Stuffed potatoes, ground beef, cheese, sour cream, carrots, fruit juice, apple crisp.

Thursday: Shrimp scampi, baked potato, rolls, green beans, fresh fruit salad, black forest cake.

Friday: Breakfast bake, orange sections, tomato juice.

STOREY COUNTY

The Storey County Senior Citizens Center is located on the corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

Monday: Ham salad sandwich, Tater Tots, Waldorf salad.

Tuesday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes with gravy, vegetables, fruit, cookies.

Wednesday: Herb baked chicken, bread stuffing, pan gravy, peas and onions, garden salad.

Thursday: Cheeseburgers, Tater Tots, coleslaw, fruit, cake.

Friday: Linguini with clam sauce, green salad, garlic bread.

YERINGTON

The Yerington Senior Center is at 117 Tilson Way:

Monday: Fish sandwich, baked beans, coleslaw, cook's choice dessert.

Tuesday: Chicken and dumplings, green peas, green salad, Jell-O with fruit.

Wednesday: Chick wagon, mashed potatoes, gravy, vegetables, broccoli salad, bread pudding.

Thursday: Taco salad, ice cream sundae.

Friday: Barbecue in the park with hamburgers and Polish dogs, potato salad, baked beans, brownies, watermelon.

FERNLEY

The menu for the Fernley Senior Center 1170 W. Newlands Drive:

Monday: Minestrone soup, cottage cheese with fruit, crackers, cookie.

Tuesday: Reuben sandwich, potato salad, sauerkraut, rye bread, pears, orange juice.

Wednesday: Chicken pasta primavera, mixed romaine salad, garlic bread, pineapple-orange Jell-O.

Thursday: Chili beans with sour cream, cheese, onions, carrots, biscuit with margarine, Waldorf salad.

Friday: Chef's salad, lettuce, green beans, pie, fruit juice.
