Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

- Ryan Romero, 26, of Carson City was arrested at 10:30 p.m. Monday in the 400 block of Overland Street on suspicion of felony being under the influence of heroin, and four counts of misdemeanor possession of heroin paraphernalia. Bail was set at $7,028.

- Barbara Flanagan, 73, retired from Carson City, misdemeanor drunken driving. Bail was set at $1,132.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:

- A steel pipe, valued at $20,000, was stolen from a business on Fifth Street sometime over the weekend.

- A report of "large amounts of aluminum" missing from a storage container on Arrowhead Drive at 12:13 p.m.

- Report of fraudulent traveler's checks cashed at Costco at 2:44 p.m.

- Report at 6:30 p.m. of "snitch" spray painted on a car.

- Coroner call at Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center at 6:48 p.m.

- Coroner call on North Division Street at 6:59 p.m.

- A man reported at 9:07 p.m. that his girlfriend threatened him with a knife.

- Report of three men assaulting one man behind a bar on East William Street at 10:44 p.m.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:

- Structure fire report on Pueblo Street in Silver Springs at 3:34 p.m.

- Misdemeanor arrest on Julia Lane in Fernley at 6:05 p.m.

- Misdemeanor arrest on Cowee Lane in Mound House.
