Mary J. Ferreira and Gregory Matthew Lompa have announced their engagement.
Mary is the daughter of Ramiro and Mary Ferreira of Red Bluff, Calif. She is a 1995 graduate of Red Bluff High School in Red Bluff., and attended California State University, Chico. Mary is employed with American Family Insurance in Reno.
Gregory is the son of Sam and Duana Lompa of Carson City. He is a 1995 graduate of Carson High School, was enlisted in the U.S. Army, and attended Truckee Meadows Community College, Fire Academy. Gregory is employed with the North Lyon County Fire Department in Fernley, and is union president of North Lyon Firefighters Association and member of the Nevada Cattlemens Association.
Mary and Gregory plan to marry in September at Lake Tahoe.
