David Manuel Fulghum, 55, of Des Moines, Wash., died May 23, 2008. He is survived by daughter and son-in-law Jeanette and Kenneth; mother Vivian; brother and sister-in-law Robby and Debbie; brother Gerald "Tex"; sisters Yvonne and O'Donna; three grandchildren and nieces and nephew. A memorial service will be 9:30 a.m., Friday, Fernley Veterans Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the House of Mercy, 22604 16th Avenue S. in Des Moines, WA.
