Carson City emergency crews are clearing the scene of a 7:34 a.m. accident involving two vehicles on College Parkway at the southbound onramp of Highway 395, at the underpass of the freeway.
One victim was reported to have a head injury.
Traffic will be affected by the incident; drive carefully through the area.
