Carson City

The following people were arrested and booked into Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty:

• Leslie Ann White, a 22-year-old Carson City woman was arrested at 10:12 a.m. Friday in the 700 block of Ruth Street on suspicion having outstanding warrants for elder abuse, a felony, and domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,000.

• A 20-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 1:12 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Roop and Long streets on suspicion of following too closely, expired registration tags and failure to appear in court on a traffic violation. Bail was set at $500.

• A 23-year-old Carson City woman was arrested at 2:44 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Fairview Drive and Roop Street on suspicion of domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,132.

• An 18-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 4:35 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Curry and Betts streets on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and driving without a license. Bail was set at $2,200.

• A 58-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 12:02 a.m. Saturday in the 2300 block of Carriage Crest Drive on suspicion of domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,132.

• A 39-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 3:40 a.m. Saturday in the 3200 block of Market Street on suspicion of petit larceny. Bail was set at $350.

Lyon County

• A man said he caught a customer trying to leave his gas station without paying for gas at 2:10 p.m. Friday in the first block of Highway 95.

• Sheriff's deputies received a call from a woman who said her 59-year-old father died while sleeping at 3:56 p.m. in the 600 block of Nader Way.
