Sandra "Sandy" Estelle Griffin, age 69, passed away peacefully in her sleep Thursday, March 20, 2008 at 4:25 a.m.
Much loved wife of James A. Griffin (deceased), deeply loving mother of son Robert Keith Hartley, beloved sister and sister-in-law of E. Wayne and Barbara Hembree, loving aunt of nephews Earl Hembree and family, Robert Hembree and Eleanor Kawasaki, Michael Hembree and Jim Hochgraef; beloved friend of Rae Martin and family; and much loved parent to her dog Patches.
Sandy (the name most people knew her by) was a very active volunteer at the Carson-Tahoe Hospital in Carson City and the Yavapai Regional Medical Center/East Campus in Prescott Valley, Ariz.
A graveside service will be held 1 p.m., Saturday, March 29, 2008, at Lone Mountain Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please send a donation to the Yavapai Regional Medical Center Hospice or the Yavapai Regional Medical Center Home Care Services. FitzHenry's Funeral Home is caring for the arrangements.
