Three people are being sought for questioning in the theft of a computer from a coffee kiosk at the hospital.

Carson City Sheriff's Deputy Matt Putzer said a worker at the Joe's Java on the first floor of Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center arrived at work on Feb. 25 and discovered a laptop computer was missing, a lock had been cut off a display case and someone had put an empty coffee cup over a security camera.

A review of surveillance footage of the hospital on that date shows three people, two men and a woman, wandering around the hallways for several hours. The subjects are seen on the video going behind desks and looking through drawers.

Putzer hopes that someone in the community will recognize the people in the surveillance photographs.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Carson City Sheriff's Department's detective division at 887-2020 ext. 41400.
