Today's weather will be partly cloudy with highs 46-56 with west winds 10-15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph in the morning.

A high wind watch will be in effect from late Friday morning through Friday night.
Road work continues in Carson City with areas of delays, mainly Fairview Drive between Roop Street and South Edmonds, and Highway 50 East between Airport Road and Saliman Road.
Fifth Street will be closed to through traffic March 28-31. Alternate routes of travel are Highway 50 and Fairview Drive.
The Department of Transportation reports at 7 a.m. all roads in Northern Nevada open with no controls except on Highway 395 through Washoe Valley: Campers and trailers are prohibited from East Lake Boulevard to Winters Ranch.
