CARSON CITY

The lunch menu for the Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

Monday: Seafood Louie salad w/egg, cheese, tomatoes, celery and carrot sticks, crackers, cantaloupe, scone w/margarine.

Tuesday: Polish sausage sandwich, seasoned potato wedges, peppers and onions, carrot-raisin salad, grape juice.

Wednesday: Ham and broccoli bake, scalloped potatoes, mixed salad w/fat-free dressing, kiwi and Mandarin oranges, whole wheat roll w/margarine.

Thursday: Sweet and sour chicken, rice, stir fry vegetables, lime Jell-O w/pineapple, whole wheat bread w/apple butter.

Friday: Roast beef w/gravy, mashed potatoes, cauliflower w/cheese sauce, peaches, ice cream.

DAYTON

The lunch menu for the Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

Monday: Veal cutlet, mashed potatoes w/gravy, spinach, pears.

Tuesday: Chef salad, beets and onions, apple juice, strawberry shortcake.

Wednesday: Minestrone soup, grilled cheese sandwich, sliced tomatoes on romaine, kiwi.

Thursday: Barbecue beef sandwich, Tater Tots, broccoli, pineapple/pear crisp.

Friday: French toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, banana, V8 and orange juice.

DOUGLAS COUNTY

The lunch menu for the Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:

Monday: Chicken fried steak, Caesar salad, mashed potatoes w/gravy, Brussels sprouts, banana pudding.

Tuesday: Chicken chili w/beans, cheese and onions, cottage cheese and peaches, cornbread, dessert.

Wednesday: Stuffed cabbage, roll, carrots, egg noodles, garlic bread, apple crisp.

Thursday: Fish sticks, coleslaw, au gratin potatoes, tartar sauce, green beans, lemon pudding.

Friday: Chili cheese hot dog, fries, fresh fruit, ice cream sundae.

FERNLEY

Lunch is served on weekdays at Fernley Center, 1170 W. Newlands Dr.:

Monday: Macaroni w/cheese, whole wheat bread w/margarine, spinach, strawberry-banana yogurt, orange juice.

Tuesday: Fish sandwich, Tater Tots, coleslaw, mixed fruit.

Wednesday: Roast beef, red potatoes, mixed veggies, garden salad, peaches, gingerbread.

Thursday: Roma burger on bun, baked beans, corn, cantaloupe, ice cream.

Friday: Baked omelet w/ham and cheese, blueberry muffin, fresh fruit, V8.

SILVER SPRINGS

The dinner menu for the Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

Monday: Burgers and fries, baked beans, carrot salad, mixed fruit.

Tuesday: Sweet and sour pork, vegetable fried rice, steamed cauliflower, strawberry parfait, fortune cookie.

Wednesday: Hot turkey sandwich, mashed potatoes w/gravy, carrots, bread, peaches, sherbet.

Thursday: Baked pork chop, stuffing, yams, Lima beans and peas, garden salad, fruit cocktail.

Friday: Sausage and egg muffin, hashbrowns, V8, peaches.

STOREY COUNTY

The Storey County Senior Citizens Center is located on the corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

Monday: Ham salad sandwich, potato salad, cream of broccoli soup, fruit.

Tuesday: Chicken cacciatore, linguine, baked acorn squash, mixed greens, Italian dressing, peanut cookies.

Wednesday: Hot roast beef sandwich, mashed potatoes, gravy, fruit salad, ice cream and cake.

Thursday: Chicken fried steak, roast potatoes, gravy, vegetables, Ambrosia, bread pudding.

Friday: Egg salad sandwich, clam chowder, coleslaw, fruit, pudding, ice cream.

YERINGTON

The Yerington Senior Center is at 117 Tilson Way:

Monday: Spaghetti, green salad, spinach, garlic bread, Jell-O.

Tuesday: Egg salad sandwich, split pea soup, cottage cheese w/fruit, banana cream pie.

Wednesday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes w/gravy, vegetable, beet salad, bread, fruit.

Thursday: Chicken Diane, butter noodles, steamed broccoli, colorful salad, ice cream sundae.

Friday: Barbecue shish kebobs over rice, salad, fruit, bread, cook's choice dessert.
