Fernley's Brandon Dalton is tied for the lead after the first round of the NIAA 3A State Golf Championships being held at the Palms Course in Mesquite.
Dalton shot a 74 and is tied for the lead with Lowry's Joey Dendary. Yerington's Vincent Arrighi is in third with a 77.
In the team standings, Lowry and Truckee are tied for the lead with a 429 and are followed by Pahrump (436), Faith Lutheran (438) and Yerington (455).
