Dean E. Seeman, 76, died May 11, 2008. He was born Oct. 1, 1931 in Gardnerville. A Celebration of Life will be noon, Wednesday at Walton's Chapel of the Valley. Capitol City Cremation and Burial is in charge of arrangements.
