Carson City


The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:


• A 26-year-old citizen of Mexico was arrested at 8:41 p.m. in the 3300 block of South Carson Street on suspicion of drunken driving and driving without a license. Bail was set at $1,764.


• A 41-year-old car washer from Carson City was arrested in the 1400 block of Rand Avenue at 1:59 p.m. Monday on suspicion of misdemeanor violation of a temporary protective order. Bail was set at $1,132.


• A 29-year-old construction worker from Washoe Valley was arrested at 4:36 p.m. in the 800 block of East William Street on suspicion of misdemeanor driving on a highway marked for traffic, not having a motorcycle license, driving on a license suspended for DUI, violating a suspended sentence, and not having an approved helmet. Bail was set at $2,378.


• Kristina Lynn Kruse, 25, of Carson City, was arrested at 3:45 p.m. Monday in the 3100 block of Surrey Lane on suspicion of felony grand larceny. Bail was set at $10,000.


The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:


• Residential burglary report on Siskiyou Drive at 9:34 a.m.


• Accident in the 400 block of Hot Springs Road at 10:06 a.m.


• A Michigan man staying at a Carson City motel on business had equipment stolen from his vehicle overnight in the 900 block of South Carson Street at 12:26 p.m.


• Report of two men running from Mervyns carrying "a lot of merchandise" at 1:16 p.m.


• A window was broken and $800 stolen from a home on Debbie Way at 4:13 p.m.


• A mother reported her 16-year-old son was yelling obscenities at her and punching stuff in the house at 5:28 p.m. The teen was arrested.


• A grandmother with legal custody of her granddaughters reported she believed the 14- and 15-year-old girls cut school and went to the lake. They hadn't returned home by 7:02 p.m.


• A woman reported her neighbor threatened her children at 7:03 p.m.


• Report of a large party in the 1600 block of Brown Street at 10:56 p.m. Two people were arrested.


• A bicyclist reported a passing motorist threw a can at her as she rode her bike near Gordon Street and Fairview Drive at 11:28 p.m. The cyclist asked police to fingerprint the can.


Lyon County


The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:


• A man was arrested on Corral Drive in Dayton


• Rollover accident on Highway 95 Alternate in Mason Valley.


• Misdemeanor arrest on Main Street in Yerington at 2:54 p.m.


• Battery report on Blue Oak Court in Fernley at 4:57 p.m.


• Felony arrest on Toiyabe Street in Silver Springs at 7:34 p.m.
