Frank Z. Arrascada, 87, died Nov. 6, 2008 in Carson City. He was born Oct. 11, 1921 to Vincent and Carmen Arrascada in Idaho. He is survived by cousins Alex Arrascada and Bonnie Johnson. No services are being held. Capitol City Cremation and Burial is in charge of arrangements.
