Bernice E. Van Hoy

Bernice E. Van Hoy, 74, died Oct. 27, 2008 in Carson City. She was born March 26, 1934 to Donald J. and Alma B. Mitchell in El Paso, Texas. She was preceded in death by her brother Donald Mitchell Jr. She is survived by husband Clarence T. Van Hoy, son Roger Van Hoy, daughters Carla Moulton Van Hoy and Tracy Van Hoy, four grandchildren. Capitol City Cremation and Burial is in charge of arrangements.
