Thomas Wayne Blondin II, 35, died Aug. 27, 2008 at his home in Dayton. He was born Aug. 5, 1973 in San Diego, Calif. to Thomas W. Blondin and Virginia Thompson Blondin. He is survived by his wife Jamie; sons Tristan and Jarod; father Thomas W. Blondin; mother Virginia Shook; brother Scott; sister Robin Huber. A memorial service will be 11 a.m., Friday at Walton's Chapel of the Valley, Carson City. Walton's Chapel of the Valley in charge of arrangements.
