Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

- A 21-year-old Minden man was arrested at 1:09 p.m. on suspicion of misdemeanor failure to appear. Bail was set at $187.

- A 48-year-old unemployed Carson City man was arrested Wednesday at 2:13 p.m. in the 1600 block of Highway 50 East on suspicion of misdemeanor speeding and driving under the influence of drugs. Bail was set at $1,259.

- Robert Lee Hardgrave, 50, a laborer from Reno, was arrested at 10:25 p.m. in the 800 block of Musser Street on suspicion of felony failure to appear. No bail was set.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

- Caller reported someone broke in and vandalized his motor home and shed on Kit Sierra Way.

- Report of 10 pieces of jewelry stolen from the Brewery Arts Center sometime before 3 p.m.

- Caller reported another man head-butted him in the face in the 1700 block of North Carson Street at 1:14 p.m.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

- Misdemeanor arrest on California Street in Yerington at 1:07 p.m.

- Felony arrest on Tuscarora Street in Silver Springs at 1:45 p.m.

- Residential burglary report on La Costa Drive in Dayton Valley at 6:29 p.m.

- Carson City Secret Witness will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individuals committing crimes. If you have any information call 775-322-4900.
