LeVal, 21, was arrested by Canadian officials near Vancouver, Canada, on an immigration warrant on Feb. 24. On Feb. 25 officials in Whatcom, Wash., received LeVal from Canada and held him on the Carson City warrant for probation violation.

In December 2007, LeVal offered the 12-year-old son of a friend $500 to get naked and masturbate while LeVal recorded it on his cell phone.

The child told an investigator that LeVal said "he would sell the movie on the Internet and they would make a lot of money off it."

Last week, LeVal's older brother Benedict Stefan LeVal pleaded guilty to one count of attempted lewdness with a minor for having sex with the 14-year-old daughter of a friend. Also nabbed by border patrol agents as he re-entered the country from Canada,
