Frankie Jean Rollins, 87, died April 6, 2009 at home. She was born April 17, 1921 in Tipton, Okla. Among her survivors are son Robert Rollins of Carson City; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Capitol City Cremation & Burial is in charge of arrangements.
