CARSON CITY

The lunch menu for the Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

Monday: Seasoned baked pollock, scalloped potatoes, three-bean salad, melon medley, brownie.

Tuesday: Island chicken luau, sweet potatoes, Hawaiian coleslaw, tropical fruit salad, coconut cream pie.

Wednesday: Cottage cheese with fresh fruit, tomatoes vinegarette, orange Jello, scone with jelly.

Thursday: Country meatloaf, mashed potatoes with gravy, peas with pearl onions, whole wheat bread with margarine, chantilly cup.

Friday: Pulled pork sandwich, baked beans, broccoli-ranch salad, pineapple with raspberries, rainbow pudding.

DOUGLAS COUNTY

The lunch menu for the Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:

Monday: Taco salad with lettuce, tomato, cheese, salsa, sour cream, Spanish rice, apple crisp.

Tuesday: Lemon-baked fish, baked potato, whole wheat bread, beet salad, carrots and broccoli, honeydew melon.

Luau Wednesday: Chicken Teriyaki on a Kaiser roll, macaroni salad, fresh pineapple, cupcakes.

Thursday: Roasted turkey and gravy, yams with apples, corn on the cob, whole wheat roll, colorful salad, canned plums.

Friday: Veal parmesan, carrots, rice pilaf, garlic bread, citrus green salad, vanilla custard.

SILVER SPRINGS

The lunch menu for the Silver Springs Senior Center, 2945 Ft. Churchill St.:

Monday: Tortellini & meat sauce, spinach, garlic bread, oranges, brownies

Tuesday: Glazed ham, sweet potato, broccoli, baked apple.

Wednesday: Onion soup, spinach quiche, colorful salad, bread, sliced peaches, peach yogurt.

Thursday: Hot turkey sandwich, Harvard beets, mashed potatoes and gravy, bread, pears.

Friday Breakfast at 9:30 a.m.: Ham skillet, potatoes, eggs, cheese, biscuit, V-8, fresh fruit.

STOREY COUNTY

The lunch menu for the Storey County Senior Center:

Monday: Barbecue burgers, hot dogs, baked beans, corn, potato salad, fresh fruit, cake.

Taco Tuesday: Tacos, beans, rice, salad, ice cream.

Wednesday: Chicken ala king, rice, vegetables, green salad, pie.

Thursday: Pot roast, mashed potatoes, gravy, vegetables, cake.

Friday: Spaghetti with meat sauce, vegetables.

DAYTON
